We offer free ground shipping on some items, these items will have the icon on the
category and product pages. These items ship free to the Continental US only.

Shipping time for UPS ground is 4-7 days. Most orders will ship within 24 hours. You will be notified when
your order ships.
If your order contains multiple items, some items could ship from separate locations.
How Do I Return an Item?
If you need to return an item, you must call us at 918-357-5939 or email email@example.com to obtain a
Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Returns without an RMA will incur a 10% restocking fee in
addition to any fees indicated below.
Any products that have been used, display excessive wear, are dirty, have pet hair on them, dog fence wire
removed from the spool, used dog fence flags, or other signs of prolonged use are not eligible for a refund.
The following products due to health and sanitation issues, if used or opened are not eligible for refunds:
Rapid Bath and Rapid Bath Shampoos, Flea Control products, Pet Supplements, Dog Treats, Spotty Training
Place, WizDog and Doggie Dooley products.
Some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. If your product was shipped directly from
the manufacturer, we will provide you with the address for returning your product. If you ship these items to
us, we will charge you the cost of shipping the item(s) to the manufacturer or we may, at our option, refuse
Returns must be sent via a reputable shipping company such as UPS, USPS or FedEx and must have a

- Original packing slip
- Write your RMA number on the outside of the box

Refused / Return To Sender - If you refuse an order or send the order back as return to sender, you will be
charged both the original shipping fee as well as the cost of return shipping plus a 10% restocking fee.
You should expect to receive your refund within two to three weeks of giving your package to the return
shipper. However, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit
time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once
we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10
business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed your return.
